My client is looking for a Fleet Sales Administrator to support the sales division based in Newbury and play a key part in managing the corporate/fleet vehicle sales process.

In this role your main responsibilities will be:

- Work closely with corporate clients providing attentive customer service
- Lead all post-sale related administration processes for fleet sales
- Provide client quotations, order vehicles, allocate vehicle registration numbers, tax new vehicles and produce client invoices
- Liaise with the vehicle prep centre to ensure vehicles complete a pre-delivery inspection and are valeted
- Arrange vehicle delivery or collection by the client
