**Position Summary**

As a Sales Administrative Assistant you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth functioning of our collision sales team operations. Responsibilities will be to provide administrative support within our collision sales team department, as well as our total loss avoidance team. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

**Job Duties**
- Assisting in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports.
- Perform data entry and update records as needed.
- Generate reports as requested.
- Provide administrative support to the Collision & TLA team.
- Liaise with third party partners with ad hoc requests.

**Experience required**
- Experience within an administrative role.
- Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel & MS Word in particular).
- Attention to detail.
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
