This is an entry level role for the right person, a role which guarantees progression and huge future potential.
You will receive continuous, comprehensive on the job training, and be part of my clients 2-3 year professional development programme.
After successfully completing the programme, you will be able to choose from multiple roles, where you will earn 40-60k salary and an OTE of 60-90k plus per annum.
You will be part of the team of Employee Benefit Specialists, you will support existing clients and help to acquire new clients, by:
Providing outstanding customer support to corporate clients and their employees.
Producing new business proposals for the team of Employee Benefit Consultants, Compiling scheme renewals, benefit reviews and strategy reports for clients.
Onboarding new clients and implementing new benefit plans for clients
Developing and learning the skills needed to become one of the successful consultants.

Have a strong desire to develop yourself
Be happy and able to work on your own as well as in a team environment
Have great attention to detail and organisational skills
Have excellent time management skills and ability to prioritise your workload
Be willing to learn and pass appropriate exams
If you have a degree, that will be great but good A levels will be fine too
If you have some experience and qualifications in the Financial Services Industry that would be brilliant, but is not essential
You will have a good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word/Excel/PowerPoint)
**Remuneration**:
£24,000 - £36,000 per annum, depending on qualifications and experience
33 days’ holiday (inc. bank holidays) pa, plus 3 days at Christmas
