A leading company located near Tunbridge Wells, Kent is seeking an experienced Payroll Manager to join their team.
Job Description
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the payroll function, including processing payroll for all employees on a regular basis and ensuring accuracy of payroll data and adherence to legal compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the payroll function, including processing payroll for all employees on a regular basis.
- Verify accuracy of payroll data and ensure compliance with laws and regulations.
- Resolve any payroll-related queries or issues that may arise.
- Work closely with the HR department to ensure all payroll data is up to date.
- Perform regular audits to ensure accurate record-keeping and reporting.
- Prepare and deliver payroll reports to relevant departments.
- Stay informed about changes in payroll laws and regulations.
- Develop and implement efficient payroll processes and policies.
Requirements:
- Strong understanding of payroll operations and laws.
- Proven experience in a managerial role within the Accounting & Finance sector.
Benefits:
- Competitive daily salary in the range of £172 to £215 per day GBP.
- Office based position, 5 days per week.
