The Sales Growth Specialist at beBee Professionals in Royal Tunbridge Wells will play a vital role in driving sales growth and improving client satisfaction. Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and maintain relationships with existing clients, acting as their main point of contact.
  • Identify new sales opportunities within the current client base.
  • Develop and implement strategies to meet client needs and drive long-term business growth.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as an Account Manager or in a sales role.
  • Strong understanding of CRM software and client relationship management.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Compensation Package:
  • A competitive base salary of £50,000 per annum, with commission and bonus incentives.
