**The role?**
A new role has arisen in our Training department here at EnerMech for a Training Administrator. This is a full time position offering 37.5 hours a week. Main duties and responsibilities will include;
- To manage the calendar of training for applicable training centre
- To ensure course utilisation is maximized through promotion of EnerMech courses to clients
- To administer course bookings, greet customers, create certificates, securely maintain course records
- To maintain all administrative systems for the training department and wider business systems as required
- To obtain department resources and services from third party vendors as required
- To support Instructor/Assessors & Internal Verifiers, and customers during course management as required

**You are?**
To be successful for this position you will have previous experience in an administrative role within a solutions based business environment and excellent working knowledge of administrative systems and procedures. You will have worked in a role where customer service is key and have examples of providing a high class service if asked. You will have worked in a role where having an understanding of record management and privacy regulations is also key.
