**JOB TITLE: COMPETENCE AND TRAINING COORDINATOR**
**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**:
- Take personal responsibility for safety and adhere to HSE Life Saving Rules.
- Super User/Admin of SkillsVX (SVX) Competence and Training System, be the Subject Matter Expert and focal point for all maintenance, development, implementation and improvements of SVX Competence and Training System.
- Focal point for customers and contracts providing user access and support for SVX and competence and Training compliance.
- Provide support for Advisors, Assessors, Verifiers and Management with day-to-day activities and improvements.
- Identify areas of improvement within systems and documentation used work with relevant people/functions to implement improvements.
- Take accountability for own actions in line with department processes and procedures.
**ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS**:
- Knowledge of Oil and Gas Industry (or other highly regulated/safety focused industry).
- Proficient use of SkillsVX preferred or another similar online Competence/Training system.
- A Business Administration/based qualification or demonstrable experience in a similar role.
- Ability to work on own initiative.
- A proactive attitude and aptitude for taking on tasks.
- Ability to work as part of a team and recognize support required by others.
- Ability to organize and prioritize workload.
- Ability to understand and work within new systems quickly.
- Ownership of own development and desire to progress within own role and department.
- Experience within a fast-paced environment.
- Experience of working in a matrix environment.
- Experience of working in a safety and quality focused environment.
- Experience of working across functions and with all levels within the organization.
- Experience of taking accountability for tasks and completion of projects.
