**Sales Administrator**

**Purpose**

**Requirements**:
Education: HNC/HND would be preferable but not essential

Other: Experience in sales, office or administrative position would be ideal. Personable, friendly and professional with good attention to detail. Excellent communication and time management skills, self-starter, ability to work with mínimal supervision individually or part of a team, excellent attention to detail, experience working with sensitive information. Experience working with MS Office.

**Core Responsibilities and Key Tasks**
- Admin support for activities of the sales team
- Support updating sales presentation materials including brochures, product information documents etc.
- Offering after-sales support to customers.
- Preparing quotes for potential customers and processing order requests.
- Keeping customers updated with relevant product information.
- Great interpersonal skills.
- Computer literacy and working knowledge of relevant software tools.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Check data accuracy in orders and invoices.
- Contact clients to obtain missing information or answer queries.
- Liaise with the Logistics department to ensure timely deliveries.
- Maintain and update sales and customer records.
- Develop monthly report.
- Communicate important feedback from customers internally.
- Support with month end accounting. Including collation of monthly numbers, products sold

Other responsibilities:

- Admin support to other departments including but not limited to:

- Procurement & Logistics
- HSEQ
- Well Bore Clean up dept. admin

**Basic Training**

A training plan will be in place to ensure technical and commercial competency and to help develop skillset and career.

**Reporting**

The holder of this position reports to: Commercial Operations Manager

**Salary**: £26,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
