**Responsibilities**:

- Provide outstanding customer support by promptly addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring overall customer satisfaction.
- Keep clients informed about the progress of their analysis projects, maintaining transparent communication throughout the process.
- Efficiently manage the scheduling of work in the Laboratory Management System (LMS), ensuring precise and timely data input.
- Handle incoming calls, addressing customer questions, and routing calls to the appropriate department or staff member.
- Generate and process invoices for analytical services, maintaining accuracy in billing and documentation.
- Coordinate procurement activities, including sourcing necessary materials and supplies for laboratory operations.

**Skills**:

- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Proficiency in using LMS systems and other relevant software for data management and customer relations.
- Strong organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail to uphold precise record-keeping.
- Capacity to multitask and prioritize duties effectively in a fast-paced laboratory environment.
- Previous experience in client/sales support, preferably within a laboratory or technical context.
