**Your role.**

As one of our Inside Sales Coordinator, you will be responsible for assisting the Sales Acquisition & Account Management Teams with day-to-day sales administration and coordinating activities. Working with our team of Inside Sales Coordinators this will involve proactively following up with tasks and showing good initiative when overcoming challenges. This role will involve liaising with other members of the Sales teams, Westbase.io vendors and customers.

We will provide training and our existing team will always be available to help you settle in.

Your day-to-day role will include the following:

- Dealing with incoming and outgoing communications to & from our customers in a clear and professional manner ensuring their requirements are fully understood and appropriately met.
- Develop relevant product knowledge and skills of all existing and new company products.
- Supporting our customers through the sales process.
- Use the internal Client Relationship Management and Accounting software to input, process and verify data entry relating to our customers, sales transactions, payments and stock levels.
- Supporting the sales team with Sales Administration tasks.

**What you need to have**:

- 2+ years Sales Administration experience, preferably in a Tech Distributor.
- Proactive attitude and keen to learn.
- Excellent organisation with the ability to prioritise workloads.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Highly proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office.
- Strong communicator to be able to deliver excellent service to our customers.
- Natural self-motivation and also the ability to work as part of a busy team.
- Pride, Pace & Precision in your work.
