**Your role.**

As our Sales Administrator, you will be responsible for assisting the Sales Acquisition & Account Management Teams with day-to-day activities to alleviate workload where necessary. This will involve proactively following up with tasks and showing good initiative when overcoming challenges. This role will involve liaising with other teams, Westbase.io vendors and customers.

We will provide training and our existing team will always be available to help you settle in.

Your day-to-day role will include the following:

- Dealing with incoming and outgoing communications to & from our customers in a clear and professional manner ensuring their requirements are fully understood and appropriately met.
- Develop relevant product knowledge and skills of all existing and new company products
- Supporting our customers through the sales process.

Use the internal CRM and accounting software to input, process and verify data entry relating to our customers, sales transactions, payments and stock levels
Supporting the sales team with administrative tasks.
- Looking after our customers at events you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth planning, running and coordination of the event with attention to detail and precision.

What you need to have:

- A self-starter who’s highly accountable.
- Excellent organisation skills.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Excellent numeracy skills.
- Highly proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office.
- High attention to detail.
