Spares & Sales Administrator

Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Spares/Sales Administrator to join our team. As a Spares / Sales Administrator, you will play a crucial role in supporting our sales team and ensuring the smooth operation of our sales processes. This is a great opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys providing excellent administrative support.
**Responsibilities**:
- Identifying and ordering spare parts for various products to merchants and customers
- Assist the sales team with administrative tasks such as data entry, document preparation, and filing
- Maintain and update customer databases with accurate and current information
- Prepare sales reports and proposals as needed
- Respond to customer inquiries and provide exceptional customer service
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure timely delivery of products or services
Qualifications:
- Strong computer literacy with proficiency in Business Central, Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Experience using computerized software systems for data entry and record keeping
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and document preparation
- Exceptional time management skills to meet deadlines and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Previous experience in an administrative or customer service role is preferred
