Position Overview:
We are seeking a part-time Payroll Administrator to join our team and assist in various administrative tasks related to payroll processing. This role will involve working closely with our payroll team, handling duties such as pension administration, filing payrolls with HMRC, processing P45's/P60's, assisting with the set-up/onboarding of new clients, occasional sales calls, and answering general day-to-day inquiries.
**Responsibilities**:
Assist with pension administration, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
File payrolls with HMRC in a timely manner, adhering to all regulations.
Process P45's/P60's accurately and efficiently.
Support the set-up/onboarding of new clients, ensuring a smooth transition process.
Conduct occasional sales calls to potential clients, presenting our services professionally and persuasively.
Handle general day-to-day calls and inquiries, providing excellent customer service at all times.
Collaborate with the payroll team to ensure tasks are completed efficiently and accurately.
**Requirements**:
Previous experience in payroll administration or a similar role preferred.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping.
Knowledge of pension administration and HMRC regulations is advantageous.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to prioritise tasks and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in relevant software and tools, including MC Office
Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and ability to work well within a team.
