Accounts and Payroll Administrator

We have partnered with a leading digital print company based In the Wolverhampton area who are recruiting for a Accounts and Payroll Administrator.
As part of the role you will provide support compiling and maintaining the company’s financial records to ensure that the Company’s legal requirements are fully met and support the Accounting Assistant by raising purchase orders for materials, maintaining stock control documents. This is a full-time permanent role based onsite, Monday-Friday with onsite parking available.
To be considered for the Accounts and Payroll Administrator role you must:
- Previous experience In payroll role essential
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office packages
- Previous experience ordering goods and monitoring expenditure
- Flexible approach to work and ability to prioritize workload
An overview of the Accounts and Payroll Administrator Role Includes:
- Oversee invoice control, payment of suppliers and general upkeep of MIS database.
- Support in the completion of the company’s financial records so that annual accounts can be prepared by the company’s accountant in timely manner.
- maintain payroll system and complete PAYE and tax returns on behalf of company.
- Review company’s debtor book, to ensure that payments are received promptly
- Undertake credit searches, allocation of credit limits and issuing of Pro-forma invoices.
- General enquiries over the telephone in a professional and polite manner.
- Liaising with suppliers and production staff as appropriate.
- Support Quality Control in the preparation and dispatch of finished goods.
- Preparing and processing end to end monthly payroll.
- Management of company pension scheme.
