**Logistics Support Administration Clerk**

**£9.75 per standardised hour plus excellent benefits package.**

**Rotating Shift pattern is: 6am-2pm, 2pm-10pm, 1 Saturday & 1 Sunday every 4 weeks on a rota basis.**

We have a **fantastic **new opportunity for a **Logistics Support Administration Clerk** **to join our Logistics dept. Reporting to the Logistics Support Team Leader your role is the accurate & efficient processing (pre & post-delivery) of customers’ orders and the provision of effective customer support.

**Key Accountabilities**
- Effectively & proactively deal with customer queries/complaints.
- Outbound communication to customers, including late departing vehicles.
- Establishing a friendly and courteous relationship with internal and external customers
- Maximising the productivity and efficiency of the team to optimise Group Logistics performance.
- Accurate reporting of key business KPI’s for Group Logistics.
- Supporting with effective Backhaul processing, to ensure Group profitability in line with business plan.
- Processing customer claims and returns.

**Some Key requirements**

**Essential**
- Basic education (numeracy and literacy)
- Working knowledge of Microsoft programs

**Desirable**
- Strong organisational and planning skills
- Positive attitude and flexibility in covering other roles in the department
- Flexible approach to working hours
- Shows a commitment to ongoing personal development and training, always striving to improve
