Join our Systems team as a Maintenance Technician and be the expert behind the scenes at our Coventry site

The ideal candidate will have some technical knowledge of machinery, and logistics experience to help support and understand the workflow of the Systems and Warehouse team.

You'll be involved in the entire lifecycle of packaging machinery - from prepping and building new machines to maintaining existing ones, ensuring top performance.

Your work will plays a key role in customer satisfaction. You'll be conducting pre-delivery quality checks to make sure every machine meets the highest safety and performance standards at all times

Overview of Responsibilities

Prep and build packaging machinery.
Carry out Pre-Delivery inspections prior to dispatch.
Provide support in booking in and dispatching spare parts and machines to the warehouse team.
Regularly service power tools.
Prioritise orders based on customer and business expectations.
Keep inside sales systems updated and engineers up to date where necessary.
Update spreadsheets and complete administration duties.
Inspect the quality of products and orders before dispatch.
Work in line with all Health and Safety policies and procedures at all times
