By recycling waste plastics instead of being processed by Energy from Waste generates a large saving in carbon emissions, aiding petrochemical companies to reach their net-zero targets. We are partnering with the biggest global brands to scale worldwide and feed a sustainable plastics economy in the next decade. Our plan is to have capacity for 1,000,000 tonnes of plastic recycling in operation or development by 2025.

**About the role**:
This role takes responsibility for the orderly management of Mura’s Wilton Office based in Teeside.

The Office & Travel Administrator is the professional face of Mura, greeting visitors, overseeing visitor reception and catering, and ensuring the office has all supplies and facilities it needs to operate well. As such, the role requires daily attendance in the office.

This is an important role in ensuring a smooth operation of the Wilton office and will be pivotal in supporting the culture of the organisation. The role may involve arranging events both with external stakeholders and with our team.

**Summary of Key Roles and Responsibilities**
- Reporting to the Chief Technical Officer.
- Managing Wilton Office logistics, supplies, vendors, arranging shipments.
- Organising Wilton Office visitor reception, meeting refreshments and assisting visitors with wifi, printing and other details.
- Organising travel, including detailed itinerary arrangements and flight/transport/hotel bookings and dinner reservations.
- Assist Health & Safety Manager with fire/office safety assessments and emergency procedures.
- Administrative support as and when needed.
- Scheduling engagement meetings, agendas and office correspondence.
- Support the People Advisor and ensure employees have the tools to do their jobs - IT and office equipment, systems access, etc.
- Support the People Team as and when required with on / off-boarding of employees, and training & development.
- Supporting senior team expenses claims where needed.
- Maintain cost tracking systems (travel, purchase orders) and reporting.
- Assist the People Team and IT as requested with Helpdesk requests.
- The interface with ERP system for purchase orders, invoicing and expense claims.
- Assist the Marketing Team with marketing related functions.

**Skills and Experience**
- Relevant previous office management experience - essential.
- Level 3 Business Management qualification - desirable.
- An eye for detail, strong organisational skills and able to take responsibility for own workload.
- Takes pride in the smooth running of the office, proactively manages it and suggests improvements and systems.
- Proven ability to build rapport working within a multi-skill, energetic team.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Quick learner, curious and have a continuous improvement mindset.
