Business Administration Assistant

**The Role**
Nigel Wright are supporting a well-renowned business in the Middlesbrough region with their search for an Administrator.The role will be working in a small business support team and reporting in to the Office Manager.Hours of work are 08.00-16:00 (Mondayto Friday)
This is a varied role with the following duties:
- Diary management
- Travel arrangements, domestic and international
- Greet and welcome visitors
- General duties (photocopying, mail, stationery stocks)
- Liaising with external customers, to anticipate and respond to their needs
- Monitoring and recording of all Emergency Response staff Training
- Placing orders / liaising with suppliers
- Management of all training and exercising scheduling/set up
- Production of course / exercise materials / certification
- Maintenance of records
- General admin duties / audits
- Participation in scheduled exercises as a key communicator
- Any other duties of a similar level and nature as may be required by the business
- Adhere to all company policies, procedures and business ethics codes
- Present a positive, professional image of the company with all customers and suppliers, internaland Influence key stakeholders
**The Person**
The successful person will have the following skills and attributes:
- Competent in the operation of IT hardware and software packages, e.g. Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook,
- Ability to prioritise conflicting business demands
- Good customer interface skills and commercial awareness
- Effective in the uses of business database systems
- Integrity and ability to maintain confidentiality
- Excellent organisational skills
- Good communication - oral/written
- Good team working skills
- UK driving licence
