**Geocore Site Investigations** part of the **RSK Group** have an exciting opportunity for an** Administrator** to join their growing office team.
**Geocore** are a site investigations contractor delivering work nationally and specialising in the investigation of domestic subsidence providing detailed site surveys including foundation inspections, drainage CCTV’s and Geothermal boreholes.
**Responsibilities**:
- Data processing, typing of technical information into proprietary software
- Maintaining company job book and creating client files
- Liaising with clients by e mail and telephone
- Monitoring general inbox
- Assisting with weekly rota preparation - booking in jobs
- Chase and collate staff timesheets.
- Assisting with telephone enquiries
- Undertake reception duties
- Arrange training and maintain training records.
- Maintain and update tender tracker
- In addition to your normal duties, you may occasionally be required to undertake additional work necessary to meet the needs of the business, without additional remuneration
**Experience/Requirements**:
- Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Word, Excel and Outlook
- Previous office experience required, minimum 2 years.
- Work independently and as part of a team
- Self-motivated with a positive attitude
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal with a professional and calm telephone manner, and confidence to make outbound calls to clients and suppliers
- A highly organised individual for planning workloads and meeting deadlines
**Salary and Benefits**:
- £21,674 per annum
