BDS Recruitment are looking to recruit an experienced Service Desk Administrator on behalf of a well-known housing association, to be based in Redcar or Scarborough initially on a temporary 3-month basis with the possibility of this being extended.

Duties and Responsibilities:

- Promote and support the proactive use of ICT across the business to improve the customer experience
- Acting as a single point of contact for ICT and managing all requests and incidents
- Providing a ‘first time fix’ resolution or allocating to a member of the ICT Team to ensure all calls are resolved
- Investigating and resolving incidents and requests across a variety of systems and hardware.
- Liaising and working with third party companies and suppliers when required.
- Assisting with implementing various IT projects
- Carrying out daily maintenance and administrative tasks.
- Providing appropriate guidance notes, user guides and training as required.
- Written and oral communication skills, including accurate recording of information and creating documents.
- A customer focused approach
- Ability to prioritise workloads
- Relevant experience working in an ICT service desk environment

Salaray £21,000-£22,000 Circa.
