A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an Administrator to join a highly successful team within a dynamic International Company. Part of the Allied International Group of Companies. We are known as a world leaders in the manufacture and supply of pipeline products for the oil, gas and petrochemical industries.

Knowledge of our products is not essential and full training will be given to the successful applicant.

**Responsibilities**:

- Ensure appropriate files are accessible and upto date.
- Arrange for delivery of external supplies.
- Arrange for delivery to customers using appropriate carrier and shipping organisations.
- Prepare company quotations and responses in line with customer requirements and expectations.
- Place Purchase Orders.
- Expedite Purchase Orders.
- Ensure Abeyance/ file systems are appropriate to meet customer quotations and material demands.
- Follow up outstanding quotations and deal with points for clarification until result is obtained.
- Enter and assemble sales orders.
- Liaise with warehouse as appropriate.
- Liaise with external suppliers and shippers as appropriate.
*participate in meetings.
- Participate in team working arrangements.
- Sales team support.
- Supporting other areas of administration within the Teesside office.
- Operate computer and company standard software.
- Carry out Work in Accordance with Quality Procedures.
- Carry out work in Accordance with Health and Safety standards.

Previous administration / Sales experience in a fast paced workplace.

Hours: 8.30am - 5pm Mon to Thurs. 8.30am - 3pm Friday.

24 days holiday per annum plus bank Holidays.
Auto Enrolment Company Pension.
