Temporary Administrator required to join a construction company based in Redcar on a temporary basis until August 2024, you will provide administrative support to the Asset Planning Team, ensuring high standards of service to both customers and colleagues.
You will be expected to work in the office 3 days per week, you can then work 2 days from home. If you would prefer to work in the office full time this is also an option.
Key responsibilities:
- Receive and process a wide range of enquiries, from customers and colleagues, in a pleasant and proactive manner, ensuring the highest levels of customer service.
- Schedule meetings, take notes and distribute minutes.
- Accurately input data into our Asset Management Systems, including the input of compliance data such as asbestos sample points, always ensuring attention to detail
- Filing and sending letters to customers along with other administrative duties such as raising purchase orders and dealing with invoices.
The working days will be Monday - Thursday 8.30 am -5.00 pm and Friday 8.30 am -4.30pm (1-hour unpaid lunch) paying an hourly rate of £12.00 per hour.
