We are seeking an individual with a logical mindset and the ability to follow procedures, step by step, to join our team. This is a great opportunity for individuals who have excellent communication, administrative, and organisational skills.

You role will include the following:

- Assist customers with enquiries, requests, and concerns
- Provide accurate information about our properties
- Process marketing, move-ins and inventories
- Maintain customer records and update databases
- Handle complaints or issues in a professional and timely manner
- Collaborate with team members to ensure that diaries don't clash
- Follow company policies and procedures

To be successful in this role, you should possess the following skills:

- Strong communication skills: Clear and concise verbal and written communication
- Administrative skills: Ability to handle paperwork, data entry, and other administrative tasks efficiently
- Organisational skills: Excellent attention to detail and ability to prioritise tasks

If you are a dedicated individual with a passion for administration and organising, we would love to hear from you. An interest in the property market would be beneficial but is not essential.
