Sales Negotiator

Responsibilities:

- Assist clients in buying and selling properties
- Conduct property viewings and provide information to potential buyers
- Negotiate and finalise sales agreements
- Market and advertise properties through various channels
- Maintain a database of clients and their preferences
- Provide excellent customer service and address client enquiries or concerns
- Collaborate with colleagues to meet sales targets

Qualifications:

- Strong administrative skills to manage paperwork and documentation
- Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with clients and colleagues
- Organisational skills to handle multiple tasks and prioritise effectively

Note: Prior experience in estate agency or sales is preferred but not required. Training will be provided.

**Salary**: £13,883.91-£37,233.55 per year

Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
