**The Role**

As our Social Media Assistant, you will work within the Air Marketing Services team to assist with the delivery of marketing activity and projects for clients and internally for Air Marketing (Air). This will include; demand generation, digital online marketing, offline marketing, branding and ad hoc marketing projects. You may at times be required to attend face to face client meetings and liaise with clients over the phone.

You will be expected to represent the company in a professional manner, ensuring every potential client and current client have a positive impression of Air. You will also be expected to deliver the work requested by the client effectively and efficiently. You will have a direct impact on client satisfaction and the retention of clients, therefore it is important you are actively mindful of your commercial impact on Air.

**Responsibilities**
- Company social media monitoring
- Social planning, writing, production of posts, scheduling, and tagging
- Stakeholder personal LinkedIn management including planning, writing, production of posts, scheduling, and tagging
- Company and stakeholder personal LinkedIn audits
- Strategically utilising LinkedIn company page credits
- Social selling via LinkedIn
- Virtual and in-person events management
- Reporting of social media and event activity
- Research projects
- Ad hoc projects
- To use the CMS system for ourselves and our clients to publish content and update website content as required
- Utilise HubSpot for both Air and our clients who use this platform. Particularly for social media scheduling and management
- Social media management including LinkedIn - especially in a B2B environment
- Has a personal brand or page of their own that they manage
- Events experience
- Social media reporting experience
- Stay up to date with the latest social media trends
- Adobe Creative Cloud / Canva experience
- Video editing experience
- Qualification in Marketing
- At least 1 year's marketing experience
- Ability to communicate confidently and precisely both written and verbally
- Competency using a range of marketing softwares and platforms
