About the Role:

We are seeking a highly creative and skilled Social Media Content Creator to join our team at Beaumont & Bear. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive social media strategy that showcases our brand's unique personality and values.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a social media content calendar that aligns with our brand's overall marketing strategy
  • Create high-quality, engaging content for Instagram, TikTok, and other social media platforms
  • Collaborate with our Creative Director and Marketing Manager to plan and produce video content that tells compelling stories and showcases our brand's products
  • Manage and nurture our social media community by engaging with followers, responding to comments and messages, and identifying opportunities for growth and engagement
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends and platform updates to ensure our content remains relevant and effective
  • Work closely with our Marketing Manager to support email marketing, marketing campaigns, and other general marketing duties as needed

Requirements:

  • At least one year of experience in social media marketing, with a proven track record of creating engaging content and growing social media communities
  • Strong written and visual skills, with the ability to produce high-quality content that aligns with our brand's tone and style
  • Experience with video production, including filming, editing, and publishing content on social media platforms
  • Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, InDesign, and Premiere Pro
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
