Content Creator

We are seeking a skilled Content Designer to join our team at Brackenberry Ltd. This is a 14-month contract, with a high likelihood of extension.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work independently or as part of agile delivery teams to create content that meets user needs and makes complex information accessible.
- Develop hypotheses, gather insights, and use evidence, data, and research to create, evaluate, update, and review content throughout the user journey.
- Choose the best options to make content understandable to different audiences, writing in plain English that meets accessibility requirements.
- Contribute to and use style guidelines and content patterns to align with the Met Office tone of voice and create consistency.
- Focus on outcomes and the impact that content can have on the end user and contribute to the creation of measures of success.
Requirements:
- We are looking for a confident and competent editor who will write and review written content, and use multimedia effectively, to ensure the appropriate content is shown to users.
Important Notes:
- You should be available to work immediately or at short notice.
- You should have the right to work in the U.K.
