**DIGITAL AND SOCIAL MEDIA ASSISTANT**

We’re looking for someone smart and passionate to join our small communications team of this award-winning restaurant group and e-commerce business based in Brixham Devon.

Your role will be to help create, execute and monitor digital communications content for our restaurants and e-commerce business in social media, online and through digital advertising. You will assist the group marketing manager in planning and admin for comms including organising photo shoots, analysing activity, regular reporting and scheduling of content across all platforms.

You'll have a passion for creating effective digital content and recognise the importance of SEO. You can expect responsibility and autonomy and will need to be able to think on your feet, be solution-driven and wanting to constantly deliver exceptional results, drive forward initiatives and prove results. You will be responsible for responding to customers and guests on social media.

This is a full-time role, 40 hours per week. The working week is Monday to Friday though may include weekends when required. This is a hybrid role ( Ideally Exeter based to be central to all locations ) working from your home and in various restaurant and Exeter office / locations across Devon and Dorset as required therefore own travel and being able to travel is essential.

**Areas of responsibility will include**:
Social media scheduling, monitoring and analysis - creating reports for Group Marketing Manager

Day-to-day social media responses across all accounts

Content creation (with our creative team) for website and social media

CRM and database management including flows, segmentation and content creation in Klaviyo and Mailchimp, using information from Shopify and Seven rooms

Website content creation and monitoring, analysis and optimisation for SEO - creating regular reports for Group Marketing Manager

Competitor analysis for restaurants and e-commerce

Identifying opportunities for PR and feeding them in regularly to Group Marketing Manager

**Experience Required**
- Knowledge and experience of managing and maximising content on all social media platforms
- Knowledge and experience of google, facebook & other social media advertising, ppc, analytics & insights.
- Experience of all aspects of building campaigns & ads. Excellent data analysis skills including conversion tracking,
- Keyword analysis & SEO performance. Highly organised, with an ability to work to deadlines, and to plan and prioritise short and long-term tasks effectively.
- A team player open to constantly growing and learning who will support colleagues and promote a positive work environment.
- World class communication skills
- Experience of working with Klaviyo, Seven Rooms, Shopify and Mailchimp preferable, along with google analytics (G4) and social scheduling tools
