Social Media Content Creator

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly creative and skilled Social Media Content Creator to join our team at Beaumont & Bear. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive social media strategy that showcases our brand's unique personality and values.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a social media content calendar that aligns with our brand's overall marketing strategy
- Create high-quality, engaging content for Instagram, TikTok, and other social media platforms
- Collaborate with our Creative Director and Marketing Manager to plan, film, and edit short videos that tell interesting lifestyle stories and showcase new product in a creative and engaging way
- Manage and nurture our social media community by engaging with followers, responding to messages and comments, and suggesting new and emerging channels, platform functions, and trends that will work well for our brand
- Produce eye-catching, creative graphics for Instagram stories, print, email, and landing pages
- Support our Marketing Manager with email marketing, marketing campaigns, photoshoots, and design tasks where required
Requirements:
- At least one year of social media marketing experience
- Strong written and visual skills, with a natural ability to produce creative, engaging captions and longer form copy to support social media content and other marketing material
- Experience with video production, including filming, editing, and creating engaging videos for Instagram Reels and TikTok
- Knowledge of the current social media landscape, new trends, and how to adapt our content in favor of the latest updates to platform algorithms
- Full driving license and car essential for capturing content in rural locations
