Social Media Content Creator

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and creative Social Media Content Creator to join our team at Beaumont & Bear. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive social media strategy that showcases our brand's unique personality and values.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a social media content calendar that aligns with our brand's overall marketing strategy
- Create high-quality, engaging content for our social media channels, including videos, graphics, and captions
- Manage and maintain our social media presence, including responding to comments and messages
- Collaborate with our creative team to develop and implement new content ideas and campaigns
- Monitor and analyze social media metrics to inform future content decisions
- Support our marketing manager with email marketing, marketing campaigns, and design tasks as needed
Requirements:
- At least one year of experience in social media marketing, with a focus on content creation and strategy
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, including Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create engaging content for a variety of audiences
- Proficiency in video editing software, such as Adobe Premiere Pro or Final Cut Pro
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
