About the Role:

We are seeking a highly creative and experienced Social Media Content Creator/ Marketing professional to join our team at Beaumont & Bear. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive social media strategy that showcases our brand's unique personality and values.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a social media content strategy that aligns with our brand's overall marketing goals
  • Create high-quality, engaging content for our social media channels, including videos, graphics, and captions
  • Manage and maintain our social media presence, including responding to comments and messages
  • Collaborate with our creative team to develop and implement new content ideas and campaigns
  • Monitor and analyze social media metrics to inform future content decisions
  • Support our marketing manager with email marketing, marketing campaigns, and design tasks as needed

Requirements:

  • At least one year of experience in social media marketing and content creation
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms and their algorithms
  • Excellent creative and writing skills, with the ability to produce high-quality content
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Full driving license and car essential for content creation
