**Location**: Swansea Office based

TSR are proud to be working with a leading provider of cyber security training, certifications and courses who now have a brand new opportunity for a Programme Support Administrator to join their Swansea based team. Collaborating both independently and as a vital member of the wider Programmes team, the Programme Support Administrator will play a key role in supporting programme leads to facilitate the coordination, implementation, and delivery of numerous projects within the program.

**Responsibilities**:
Assist programme leads in ensuring timely completion of tasks.
Engage in activities across multiple concurrent projects.
Support the maintenance of project documentation.
Perform administrative activities as needed.
Update records on the designated software platform.
Provide on-site support during events within the program.
Collaborate with various internal departments and external organizations to facilitate effective project delivery.
Attend necessary events to offer on-site program support.
Produce reports on project progress in collaboration with program leads.
Escalate any issues that may impact projects to the appropriate level/person in a timely manner.
Liaise with third-party suppliers when required.
Engage and actively participate in meetings as necessary.
Assist in the analysis of program data for campaigns.
Work with customers/employees to identify areas of improvement, collaborating with the team to find suitable solutions.
Log and maintain records of inbound queries.
Undertake any other duties as directed/requested by the line manager.
