TSR are proud to be working with a global provider of cyber security training who now have a new and pivotal role within their dynamic Programmes team.
Reporting directly to the Programmes Manager, your role will be integral to managing a bustling Helpdesk service, addressing enquiries with precision and escalating them judiciously.
Your expertise will be called upon to liaise with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring that all projects are not only delivered effectively but also on time. Your presence will be valued at events where on-site support is crucial, and your input will be sought in meetings where your voice can truly make an impact.
**To thrive in this role, you should possess**:
- A proven track record in administrative support, particularly within a project-driven environment.
- Competency in using various software systems for record-keeping and reporting.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to engage with a diverse range of individuals.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to escalate issues appropriately.
