We are seeking a skilled programme management specialist to manage complex programmes and projects in Swansea, UK. Key Responsibilities
* Develop and implement programme strategies to achieve organisational objectives.
* Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely completion and high-quality standards.
* Lead cross-functional teams and coordinate resources to meet programme goals.
* Monitor programme progress and resolve issues that arise during execution.
* Communicate regularly with clients and stakeholders to provide updates and progress reports.
* Collaborate with stakeholders to define programme scope, objectives, and deliverables.

Requirements
* 5+ years of experience as a programme manager or senior project lead, preferably in a similar industry.
* Proven track record of delivering programmes and projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
* Strong leadership and organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities, with a proven track record of building effective relationships with clients and colleagues.
* Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Jira).
* PMP, PRINCE2, or similar certification is preferred.
* Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Engineering, or related field.
