**IBMG** has an **exciting** opportunity for a **motivated** and **enthusiastic** individual to join our team as a **Part Time** **People Administrator** based at our **busy **Branch Support Centre in **Polegate, East Sussex**.

The post holder **must** already hold at least **2 years experience** working within a HR team or have a **Level 3 CIPD certificate.**

As a **People Administrator** you will support the handling of the day-to-day tasks within the **People Hub Team**, providing an **efficient** and streamlined** service** to the business for all **People** related administrative tasks. This role has a wide remit including input into all **People HR administration systems**. Effective administrative support and **strong **organisational skills are vitally **important **to this position and to the **smooth running** of the **People Team**.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Respond to employee enquiries and provide general **People HR-related** information and guidance within set **SLA.**:

- Support in preparing employment contracts, addendum letters, employee relation letters/ note taking.
- Monitor the probation process; liaising with managers in relation to probation review dates and escalate any extensions to the relevant **People Partner.**:

- Scanning and uploading of documents to maintain a reliable and up to date **People HR system**.
- Ensure the maintenance of employee records on **People HR systems** are accurate and up to date, ensuring accuracy and **confidentiality.**:

- Support the People Partners' and branches manage a variety of **ER** **casework**.
- Produce reports for **key stakeholders** as requested.
- Ad hoc tasks undertaking additional responsibilities guided by the **Group People Operations Manager** & or the **Group People Director**.
- Assist in pre-employment checks and new starter processes.
- Assist with recruitment adverts.
- Ensure all **Right to Work** details are up to date.
- Assist in **Learning and Development** administrative support.
- Assist in liaison with Occupational Health and other third-party companies when requested.
- Support with the management of employee** benefits** payroll and pensions.

**Essential**
- **Level 3 CIPD** (desirable).
- **2 Years** working in **Human Resources (essential).**:

- Excellent organisational skills and an eye for detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to communicate at all levels.
- Ability to prioritise workload and consistently meet deadlines.
- Ability to use Microsoft packages.
- The ability to maintain confidentiality at all times and in all circumstances.

**The Hours**
- **32 **Hours per week
- Monday, Tuesday, Thursday & Friday - **8:30 **to** 17:30** with an hour unpaid lunch.
