East End Prints is an art publishing house and gallery based in the heart of the East End. We are seeking a resilient self-starter with a passion for sales, great attention to detail, and an energetic personality to join our eclectic team as we grow.

All of the work we do comes back to our four main values - sustainability, community, accessibility, and creativity and we would expect any member of the team joining us to feel passionate about these in their professional practice.

At East End Prints, you are wholly encouraged to bring new ideas and develop your skill set in a supportive and open-minded environment. We are forever looking for new ways to develop the team and business through open conversation and an openness to change, and so as a coordinator in our team, we would expect a willingness to drive that growth.

We’re proud to be an inclusive employer with great company culture, with optional social events planned throughout the year to encourage supportive relationships within the team and an enjoyable working environment.

**Job purpose**

We are seeking a curious and hungry self-starter, who thrives in challenging and fast-paced environments for the role of Dropship & Production Coordinator.

Dropship is when customers purchase our product through other retailers such as John Lewis and the product is delivered directly to the customer from the manufacturer. Reporting to our Production Manager, you will be supporting the team with the administration of existing and new accounts that are delivering our products on a made-to-order basis.

You will also be responsible for making sure that the retailers have all the correct information (including imagery) about our products so they can effectively market them on their websites.

This is an administrative role that requires a high level of customer service, accuracy, problem-solving and IT literacy including the use of Excel and learning the technicalities of the retailers’ order systems.

**Duties and responsibilities**
- Processing all administrative tasks associated with our dropship orders: processing purchase orders and tracking orders from A to B

- Data entry for all East End Prints products into PIM system
- Assisting with building product proposals for dropship clients through PDF and Excel presentations.
- Data entry and administrative tasks related to automated ordering systems
- Responsible for any inventory and lead time updates across all dropship portals
- Meeting targets determined by our client’s expectations and the Director’s growth ambitions

- Demonstrable knowledge of Excel and Google Suite
- Tech savvy and not afraid to problem solve
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Experience in customer service
- Numerical competency
- Ability and willingness to talk with new and existing clients on the phone
- Ability to remain calm and positive in a fast-paced and sometimes high-pressure environment
- Energy to develop and expand own skills and grow with the business

**Desirable**
- A keen interest in the arts is absolutely welcomed
- Experience in dropship or direct-to-customer set-ups and customer service journeys
- Experience in product upload for e-commerce websites or marketplaces
- An understanding or any experience in API and EDI order management systems
