We're looking for an experienced production candidate to work with multiple brands for this supplier to premium womenswear brands.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Work across multiple product categories

- Coordinate all aspects of the production process internally and externally

- Maintaining a fully updated Critical Path and Delivery schedule

- See product through from development handover to production delivery to warehouse

- Coordinate all aspects of raw materials and raw materials stock for production

- Create and send purchase orders using in house system

- Attend SMS production fittings with product development teams, as well as design and sales teams as required to become familiar with details of products producing

- Work alongside production technicians on any amends to garments

- Vendor and supplier/trade show visits where necessary

- Creating and maintaining good relationships with Suppliers and Manufacturers

- Responsible for following up on proforma payments and updating vendors as required.

- Support the process between Technical, Product Development, merchandising, Production, and logistics

- Oversee risk assessing fabrics and products in terms of safety, and with an eye on International regulations and Standards

- Day-to-day administrative tasks as required by production coordinator

- Supervising Production Trainee and intern, with Production Manager

Strong Excel and systems knowledge required as well as next level attention to detail.
