Our client, a well stablished Luxury Ladieswear Brand based in West London are looking to add to their team a Senior Production Coordinator

The Senior Production Coordinator will be a key support within the Production team overseeing the day-to-day and seasonal management of Production deliveries for the RTW and Leather Goods Collections.

- Responsible for the monitoring of approx. 10 RTW factories and 2 Leather Goods factories during the full production process (4 collections a year as well as capsules)
- Work closely with the Product Development team to ensure suitable trims are chosen for production and all information is handed over prior to production launch
- Assist Production Manager in monitoring deliveries in line with target dates set.
- Proactively follow up orders weekly with factories and chase PPS, size sets for QC and bulk deliveries.
- Report to the Production Manager on the status of deliveries for your factories.
- Accurately update and maintain shipment schedule.
- Consult with Production Manager on any quality issues and delivery delays that may arise.
- Work closely with Garment Tech team ensuring comments are sent on time and any quality issues that arise during production are dealt with immediately.
- Initiative-taking in solving issues that arise during production.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with factories in the UK and Europe, frequently visiting them.
- Liaising with the logistics and warehouse teams to ensure they are fully aware of all deliveries

**Raw Materials**
- Responsible for purchasing trims every season; follow up on orders, negotiate prices and ensure appropriate deliveries.
- Create and update BOM tracker daily and circulate to factories on a weekly basis so they know when to expect materials to launch production.
- Responsible for managing all branding from raising orders to creating splits for factory distribution - this covers labels, swing tags and stickers.
- Checking through all fabric compositions with Product Development.
- Overseeing orders for composition labels and disclaimers.
- Assist Production Manager with approval of bulk fabric approvals - following up with the mills.
- Manage all external processes such as pleating, print placement
- Consult with Technical and Fabric teams to make sure suppliers and factories have all relevant information required.
- Set up seasonal cash flow summary for clear visibility on upcoming payments for production.
- Help compile and send out material dockets at the start of each season from the warehouse to manufacturers with Junior Production Coordinator.
- Assist with seasonal stock taking at the warehouse.
- Maintain RM stock levels with suppliers
- Highly organized with an ability to multi-task and prioritise
- Experience of raw material purchasing
- Experienced in working with Excel
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills / team player
- Initiative-taking and problem solving
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in RTW, and Leather Goods experience would be preferred
- Italian Speaking required
