DMOS People are currently searching for a Quality Systems Admin based just outside of Shrewsbury.

The position is based on a 35 hour working week, with an hourly rate of £12.63. Hours of work are 9am - 4:30pm, Monday to Friday.

**The Role**
- Ensure operator validation and verification reports and other relevant documents etc. are assessed comprehensively and that any remedial notices, approvals etc. are created in a timely manner by the assessor, Certification Officer (CO) or Validation and Verification Officer (VVC)
- Where reports are deficient, contact ether the operator or the originator of the report explaining the deficiency and where appropriate the action required
- Provide a timely response to all enquiries from operators and others
- Act as the first point of contact for scheme operators for the schemes you are responsible for
- In consultation with the CCM and after the necessary training provide accurate technical guidance on the Scheme standards to all OF&G operators and others
- Work with the Quality System Supervisor (QSS) to ensure the timely creation of invoices and ensure that any necessary credit control is undertaken.

**Essential Requirements**
- A strong track record in Administration, Project Planning & Credit Control
- Driving License + Own Transport
