About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Learning Assistant to join our team at Dechra, a global specialist in veterinary pharmaceuticals. As a Digital Learning Assistant, you will play a key role in the day-to-day management of our Learning Management System (LMS) and the delivery and implementation of Digital Learning projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the LMS, ensuring it meets the developing needs of the business and conducting quality assurance checks on data and functionality.
  • Provide timely support for system, account, and content troubleshooting and technical support assistance.
  • Conduct regular training sessions to promote the use of the LMS and digital learning tools and resources.
  • Collaborate with the Digital Learning Developers and stakeholders in the creation, editing, translation, and implementation of new learning content and marketing and communication assets.
  • Help manage the life cycle of digital learning content, ensuring it remains relevant and up-to-date.
  • Generate reports on platform usage, learner engagement, course completion rates, and other relevant metrics to support decision-making and track progress.
  • Ensure all digital asset developments follow corporate branding guidelines and enhance the corporate brand.
  • Communicate effectively with key stakeholders across the business to align projects with business goals and ensure buy-in.

About You

We are looking for a candidate with a passion for education and digital learning, excellent interpersonal and customer service skills, and the ability to demonstrate a methodical, organised, and flexible approach to work. You should be creative, analytically and conceptually strong, and have effective listening, verbal, and written communication skills. Experience of working in Digital Learning or a similar role, and administrating a Learning Management System, would be desirable.
