**What you'll be doing**:
As our Event Coordinator you will report into the Cluster Sales Office Manager and help ensure the smooth running of the operations at Milton Hill House.

**More about the role**:
Assist in facilitating sales, client and contractual relationships ensuring that we are true partners in their business

Maintain a strong relationship with clients during coordination, execution and evaluation stages of services

Support the sales team where needed to respond to any customer enquiries

Exercise efficient diary management to manage the yield within the sales office

Inspire exceptional service to our clients and guests through the Levy Difference

Demonstrate full alignment to our Levy Restaurants visions and values by doing the right things and celebrating success

Implement and adhere to performance standards as listed in the Core Signature guidelines

Milton Hill House is a Hotel and conference centre set in a peaceful location on the outskirts of Oxford, yet within easy access to key road, rail and airport networks. Ideally suited for a relaxing stay or events, training courses and conferencing, our quiet, suburban location provides delegates with an environment conducive to learning.

With over 20 meeting rooms and 114 bedrooms, Restaurant & Bar, we also have fantastic onsite leisure club.

Milton Hill House offers a flexible and adaptable approach to our client’s business needs and can accommodate up to 150 delegates in our main event space. We are part of “The Venues Collection”, a grouping of eight easily accessible event spaces division of Compass Group UK & Ireland.
