**IT SITE OPERATIONS COORDINATOR**

**Hours**: Full time, 40 hours per week

This is a hybrid role with flexibility on days onsite

**EVOTEC (UK)** is a Pharmaceutical company and leader in the discovery and development of novel small molecule drugs with operational sites in Europe and the US. **We are looking for an IT Site Operations Coordinator to be based in our Abingdon office but to coordinate UK and global projects working alongside counterparts in different countries. This could easily suit someone with a strong interest in IT and some experience of Project support, looking to step up and progress in the field. It is a new role to our business and the content will increase and evolve with time.**

In this role you’ll be working as part of the regional IT Site Services team, you will manage an important link between the sites you represent and the global IT Service Delivery team. Key responsibilities in this role include:

- Collaborating with different IT departments to support global workstream deployments to sites, and equally important to maintain the feedback loop from site issues to build into global workstream planning.
- Manage the coordination of site projects and tasks on the operational board, with a Jira based ticketing system.
- Plan, coordinate, and drive deployment of workstreams at a site level on behalf of local IT and in partnership with the central Site Services PMO.
- Analyse and feedback to the PMO on progress, challenges, improvement ideas for efficient and effective site deployment.
- Take on the role of IT site incident manager when needed.
- Maintain updated Key Process Indicators (KPIs) for Site Services.

Expectations of role

On day one we'll expect you to have...
- Excellent organizational and administration skills for IT service delivery activities and projects.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively work with the IT Site Service team, site business representatives, and the centrally coordinated IT workstream teams.
- Have drive to follow up on Tasks ensuring they are completed and reported on.
- Familiarity and ease of use with Atlassian tools such as Jira and Confluence, or similar.
