We are growing and now have an opportunity for a **Booking and Scheduling Assistant**, to join the team based at our offices in Trafford Park - working full time 5 days over 7, including weekends and evenings in line with a requirement particularly over peak business periods

In this role, within our resourcing team you will be responsible for ensuring all staff scheduled in line with client requirements and business targets, through
- Building strong relationships with all security team and management
- Ensuring effective and regular communication with all team members
- Being aware of all events and client staffing requirements
- Proactively managing all projects to achieve the required staffing levels
- Where required in conjunction with resourcing team arrange transport for team members where required
- Be first point of contact for staff queries relating to shifts, providing prompt assistance with any queries
- Managing scheduling inbox, and responding to all queries
- Managing all projects, shift requests, absence and holidays and cancellations through our PARIM scheduling system
- Ensuring where there are cancellations that these are filled promptly
- Tracking lateness and attendance in line with business processes and policy
- Ensuring all staff deployed have correct information and expertise in line with position and client requirement.
- Maintaining team profiles in line with compliance requirements, monitoring dashboards and contacting where required for new information
- Supporting the resourcing team with administration as required
- Where required provide support for operations team, pre-event and on site.

The role is full time, office based and will require flexibility to work weekends and evenings as required. There may also be a requirement to work away from the office for events where large numbers of staff are being deployed particularly over our festival season, so flexibility to travel and stay away is a requirement. Own transport is desirable.
