Financial Reporting Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Statutory Reporting Accountant to join our team at Booking. As a key member of our finance team, you will be responsible for the preparation and delivery of financial statements within our Transport business unit.
Key Responsibilities:- Prepare and deliver financial statements, including all relevant reports and notes, to meet statutory requirements.
- Develop and maintain a working understanding of the full balance sheet and P&L to ensure accurate and compliant financial reporting.
- Manage the audit review process, including maintaining a good working relationship with auditors and tracking and driving the closure of review points.
- Work closely with the audit team to ensure timely delivery of financial statements and address any audit findings.
- Collaborate with other finance teams to ensure accurate and compliant financial reporting.
- ACA qualified (preferred), with 1 year post-qualification experience.
- Experience of preparing and delivering financial statements under UK GAAP.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
