Key Responsibilities

As a Financial Reporting Specialist, you will be responsible for providing accurate and timely financial reporting to support revenue and penalties analysis and trending. This role will partner with Operations to drive performance and identify benchmarks, standard costs, and track deviations from these standards.

Key Performance Indicators:

  • Support the accurate closure of operational month-end accounts to the set deadline
  • Assist with commercial reviews, providing financial evaluation and support
  • Provision of weekly revenue and penalties reporting to regional operations and finance representation in operational review meetings and discussions
  • Support the development of insightful analysis, reporting, and dashboards for revenue and penalties
  • Provide drill-down analysis of revenue and penalties reporting by airline, airport, and service, detailing trending in revenue and penalties
  • Assist in setting, monitoring, trending, and maintenance, and improvement of revenue and penalties KPIs
  • Continually improve the quality, accuracy, and efficiency of financial information to key stakeholders
  • Responsible for divisional ad-hoc revenue and penalties as required

Requirements:

  • Strong management accounting skills
  • Advanced Excel skills, experience with Power BI, and strong IT skills
  • Fluent in English, oral and written
  • Be studying for a professional qualification in either ACCA or CIMA and can demonstrate experience within a similar role
