An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Programme Administrator within the AddictionResearch Group to join the eSupport Programme team to provide administrative services, supporting the operational, research and development activities, liaising with internal and external stakeholders and sponsors as required.

The Programme Administrator will provide administrative services to the eSupport research team, supporting the operational, research and development activities, liaising with internal and external collaborators, stakeholders and sponsors as required. The Programme Administrator will work with the Programme Investigators and academic/administrative staff at the University to ensure the timely delivery of reports and documentation including periodic reports, financial summary statements and other such information as required by the funders and other stakeholders.

You should have a good standard of education or experience in a directly relevant role. Experience of preparing and writing committee papers, taking minutes and organising meetings are essential as is understanding academic research processes, administering budgets and excellent communication skills. Procurement experience would be advantageous.

This post is available from 1 September 2024 on a fixed term basis for 69 months. The post is part-time 0.2FTE/7.25 hours per week for the first 6 months increasing to 0.4FTE/14.5 hours per week for the remaining 63 months.
