**Job Summary**:
Questech Recruitment are currently recruiting for a Part Time Administrator for the Wakefield area.
**Duties**:
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently
- Manage clerical tasks such as filing, copying, and scanning documents
- Type and distribute correspondence, reports, and other documents
- Organize and maintain physical and digital files
- Assist in organizing office operations and procedures
- Computerize information, update databases, and manage records
- Answer phone calls, provide information to callers, and redirect calls as needed
- Maintain office supplies inventory by checking stock to determine inventory level; anticipating needed supplies; placing and expediting orders for supplies; verifying receipt of supplies
**Experience**:
- Proven experience as an administrator or in a similar role
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask
- Excellent phone manner and communication skills
- Familiarity with basic office equipment
Preferred Skills:
- Data entry experience
- Knowledge of QuickBooks
- Clerical skills
- Typing proficiency
