**We will count on you to**:

- Assessing the viability of new propositions using internal and external insights.
- Leading or supporting proposition and partnership development.
- Working with internal and external stakeholders to take new propositions and partnerships from concept through to launch.
- Managing/growing a selection of MMB’s provider and partner relationships post-launch.
- Working with MMB’s internal teams e.g., sales, consulting, commercial enablement, and our provider partners to maximise our reach to our client-facing and supporting teams, and ultimately clients and customers.
- Driving innovation, diversification, and profitable growth.

- Work collaboratively with the rest of the team and wider business—cross-team collaboration is essential in this role.

**What makes you stand out**:

- Previous experience of managing provider/partner or client relationships.
- Ability to influence and manage internal and external stakeholders.
- Strong communication and analytical skills.

- Evidence of taking a proactive role and growth mindset (someone who ‘puts their hand up’).
- Attention to detail and strong organisational skills.
- Self-driven and motivated.
