Leading the market by providing new and innovative solutions, you will have a key role in assisting the delivery of Lloyd’s Commercial strategy. You will be instrumental in identifying opportunities and creating proposition material to support senior Lloyd’s stakeholders in delivering tailored solutions for new and existing market participants. You will need extensive knowledge of the Lloyd’s market or have a consulting background to be able to deliver creative and innovative solutions to attract and facilitate growth opportunities.
Key Accountabilities:
Lead the approach, design and delivery of Commercial Propositions in collaboration with teams across Lloyds and the Market. Engaging with senior stakeholders and SMEs within the Corporation to gather knowledge and information to present complex ideas and solutions. Support with delivery of Lloyd’s strategic initiatives and Commercial Strategy, communicating the benefits of Lloyd’s to the global market. Identify commercial opportunities facilitated by the delivery of the Commercial Strategy in order to develop and deliver propositions.This is a unique opportunity to be instrumental in shaping and delivering the solutions that drive opportunities and growth across the market. Working at a senior strategic leadership level, communicating with C-Suite specialists across the global market to inspire, innovate and create insurance solutions for the future.
