Proposition Marketing Manager

Mason Blake is seeking a skilled Proposition Marketing Manager to join their Marketing and Communications team. As a key member of the team, you will play a crucial role in articulating strategic priorities and defining the company's value proposition.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Create compelling marketing materials to reflect the company's value propositions for multiple areas and customize content for a range of audiences.
  • Collaborate with central and local marketing teams to design and activate campaigns to promote propositions.
  • Develop training content for Sales and Marketing that meets key propositions and helps position them with clients.
  • Work closely with Product Marketing to design a messaging framework that connects the company's core propositions to their underlying products and solutions.
  • Partner with Investment Content and Media Relations to ensure the content pipeline supports the promotion of propositions and any campaign activity.
  • Support the internal and external events program, sourcing opportunities to showcase propositions and working with participants to ensure content is on message.
  • Act as the point of contact for campaign-related assets.
  • Manage responsibilities for the Proposition Marketing Executive.
Requirements:
  • Experience within marketing or content roles (proposition/product marketing would also be an advantage).
  • Knowledge of investments as well as an understanding of the commercial reality of the business.
